Trails End Cabins are perfect for wildlife viewing, bird watching, sightseeing or just plain relaxing any time of the year.
We have some of the best snowmobile trails in the state. Clark county and Jackson county offer hundreds of miles of groomed trails. You can access the trails right from the cabins.
Trails End Cabins are the perfect place for that family vacation or weekend getaway you have been planning. Within walking distance of the cabins are beautiful Lake Arbutus and Russell Park Campground and beach area. Enjoy their sandy beaches, swimming, boating, water skiing, fishing, canoeing, sand volleyball, pavilion facilities, picnic and play area, and public boat landing. Oh, and don’t forget the ice cream store.

Just to the north of the cabins is Levis Trow Mound, known for some of the best mountain bike, hiking and cross country skiing trails.

To the west of the Trails End Cabins is Bruce Mound Winter Recreation Area which offers snow tubing, snowboarding, and downhill skiing.
The Black River is a excellent spot for family canoeing, kayaking, fishing and ice fishing.
Wazee Lake is Wisconsin's deepest lake and a prime location for scuba diving, fishing and swimming.
Nearby are museums, antique stores, gift shops, one-of-a-kind shops, fine dining options, golf courses, a roller rink, holiday weekend flea markets and a casino. In addition, the High Ground Veterans Memorial Park is just a short distance away.
Hike your way through Wildcat Mound Park, known for its premiere scenic overlooks.  Autumn visitors will enjoy the changing colors of the oak, maple, birch and aspen trees that cover the terrain.  Picnic tables and outhouses on the grounds.

Lake Arbutus is located just down the road from Trails End Cabins and offers a beach and play area.  Enjoy the 4th of July fireworks over the Lake and all holiday weekend flea markets.

Here at Trails End Cabins there is always plenty of snow to build a snowman, make a snow angel, have a snowball fight or do some sledding.
